If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or there is damage to the item(s) you purchased in any way and would like to return your purchase please follow these steps:
1.Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. We will then issue you a return authorization # for that order and an address of where to send your return.
3. Please include your return authorization # on the package or on a piece of paper inside the package when shipping back the item(s). Please remember that all return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive the item we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping. Shipping is and will always be non-refundable.
*All items must be in unworn condition with all tags to qualify for a return.
*All orders after 14 days will not be accepted.
